Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AdaLab website (adalab.cc), command-line utilities (adalab-scanner), or related APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Services

AdaLab provides autonomous security benchmarking, AST static code analysis, and dynamic verification badges for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI agent toolchains. Services include free open-source scanning tools and commercial SaaS tiers (Fast-Track Audits and Enterprise Verified Badges).

3. Pricing, Payments & Currency

Commercial tiers are billed in United States Dollars (USD):

• Fast-Track Audit: $29 per single repository analysis (one-time payment).
• Continuous CI/CD Gate & Verified Badge: $49 per month (recurring monthly subscription).

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by our third-party payment partner, Stripe, Inc. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Stripe and AdaLab to charge the specified fee.

4. Digital Delivery & Service Provisioning

AdaLab products are exclusively digital software services. Upon successful payment authorization by Stripe:

• Fast-Track Audits are prioritized in our distributed pipeline and delivered via web report within 24 hours.
• Continuous Verified Badges and cryptographic token credentials are generated and activated instantaneously.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Disputes

We stand behind our automated auditing engines:

• Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalty through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• 14-Day Refund Policy: If a technical defect prevents the verification badge or CI/CD gate from functioning as specified, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Completed Audits: Once an audit report has been generated and delivered, audit service fees are non-refundable unless there is a verifiable platform outage.

6. Intellectual Property & Code Confidentiality

You retain 100% exclusive intellectual property rights and ownership over your code, repositories, and documentation. AdaLab processes AST syntax trees in ephemeral in-memory sandboxes and does not store or repurpose your proprietary source code.

7. Limitation of Liability

While our security scanners audit for prompt injections, tool poisoning, schema leaks, and path traversal vectors, no automated audit tool guarantees 100% elimination of all zero-day vulnerabilities. In no event shall AdaLab be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from tool usage.
